These terms cover the Vylos desktop app, Vylos accounts, and this website. By downloading the app, creating an account, or using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Vylos.

Vylos is under active development. Features, limits and pricing may change, and the app updates itself to the latest version — some updates are required to keep using it. Things may occasionally break; we'll fix them as fast as we can.

You're responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in details safe. Give accurate information when you sign up. A computer can only be used with a limited number of accounts; don't create accounts to get around AI usage limits.

Don't use Vylos or its AI features to break the law, to create malware or attack other systems, to harass anyone, or to generate content that's unlawful. Don't try to disrupt our servers, bypass usage limits, or reverse engineer our backend. We may suspend accounts that do.

The tutor and other AI features are there to help you learn, and they can be wrong. Check what they tell you, especially before running code or relying on it for anything important. You're responsible for the code you run on your machine.

Code you write in Vylos is yours. We don't claim any rights to it. You give us permission to process the parts you send to AI features only to answer those requests (see the Privacy Policy).

The Vylos name, logo, app, course content and this website belong to Vylos. You can use the app for your own learning and projects, but don't copy, resell or redistribute it, or reproduce our content as your own.

Joining the waitlist doesn't guarantee access, a launch date, or specific pricing. It's a signal of interest, and we'll reach out at the email address you provide.

Vylos is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for lost data, lost profits or indirect damages arising from your use of Vylos. Keep backups of work that matters.

You can stop using Vylos and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

We may update these terms as Vylos evolves, and we'll tell account holders about significant changes before they take effect. The date above reflects the last revision.
